Lori Cooke-Marra brings over 20 years of experience as a chief executive officer to RCMS Controls, Inc. and is very knowledgeable in developing and implementing management information and financial modeling systems for businesses. Lori's major responsibility is to provide vision for the strategic direction of RCMS Controls and the general management of the RCMS Controls team of professional operations, marketing, sales and service executives. Prior to co-founding R.C. Marra Systems and RCMS Controls, Lori gained tremendous experience as CEO in other product and services based organizations, which has brought immense value to RCMS Controls. With over 25 years of engineering sales and marketing experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC and building automation industry, Bob is responsible for the day to day and long term marketing initiatives for all product and services areas of RCMS Controls, including business plan development, budgeting and general marketing initiatives, while maintaining a sales relationship with RCMS Controls' largest customers and engineering firms. Bob's industry career started within the commercial and industrial air conditioning division of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and then continued with Johnson Controls, where he gained a wealth of experience with systems engineering, construction, service, sales and marketing of products and services prior to co-founding RC Marra Systems and RCMS Controls, Inc. rmarra@rcmscontrols.com

John brings over 20 years of building automation and management experience to the team at RCMS Controls. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, John's main responsibility is to grow RCMS Controls business' market share and profitability. To help grow the Controls market, John will continue to maintain and build new relationships with design engineering firms, mechanical contractors, developers and owners. John has been involved with all facets of the building automation business, from application/sustaining engineering, product development, product marketing both within the United States and Internationally and more recently sales and sales management throughout the northeast. John's career started with Building Automation Systems (a division of United Technologies), then moving to Carrier Corporation (a division of United Technologies) before joining the RCMS Controls team. With over 25 years experience in construction management, estimating and building automation experience, John brings a host of management and operational capabilities to RCMS Controls, clearly positioning the company for continued dynamic growth in the Connecticut building automation market. After graduating from Roger Williams College with a degree in mechanical engineering, John started his working career with Johnson Controls selling, overseeing contract negotiations and project managing the construction of complex projects. With his background, John raises the level of technical competency and applications know-how for the various markets we serve. With over 20 years of real world engineering applications experience in the building automation industry, Ed brings a tremendous amount of management and engineering capabilities to RCMS Controls, breaking through the boundaries of conventional application engineering, and positioning RCMS Controls as the premier systems integration solutions provider in the State of Connecticut. Ed's primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the day-to-day hardware and software engineering of all projects and keep abreast of the latest technologies that revolutionize our fast changing industry. After receiving a degree in engineering, Ed worked as a design engineer for a mechanical contractor and then Johnson Controls, where he gained a tremendous amount of experience prior to joining RCMS Controls in 1991.
