When we accept a job, we accept all the responsibility that goes with it. Project Management supervises a project from the initial sale, through engineering design, energy studies, sales involvement, and construction (including final start up and commissioning). Our undivided attention continues through final acceptance and throughout the warranty period, and offers a full site support during the first year of operation. For most projects, RCMS will assign a project manager as your personal representative. This individual is your contact from the inception of your project through completion and on-going warranty. Your project manager's responsibility is to get your job done... on time, on budget and without alibis. RCMS believes in this single source of responsibility to assure that we adhere strictly to your budget and time schedules. Keeping on schedule requires great amounts of up-to-date information. RCMS maintains a computerized database on all projects so that project managers have immediate access to up-to-the-minute labor reports, equipment and materials status, and time and cost accounting.
