Once a system has been installed and commissioned, our Technical Support Group is available to offer a full range of support programs to ensure that these systems operate to their highest levels and are properly calibrated and upgraded. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet all of your service needs. Staffed with factory trained technicians, inside support staff and experienced senior management, RCMS Technical Support team provides the service you would expect when needed.

RCMS Technical Support Group can tailor a support program to fit your company's needs. It all starts with our total understanding of the entire space being controlled, ranging from simple systems to critical system integration of HVAC and electrical systems. Since HVAC and building management systems are the heart of a company's business infrastructure, we support those facilities and provide the necessary upgrades and performance enhancements to make sure that they run at maximum efficiency levels.

We then structure a technical support program that includes all preventive and scheduled system performance tasks, training, and software upgrades to ensure that your facility and staff gets the attention they deserve. You can start with a simple annual Preventive Maintenance Support Program, or sign up for our comprehensive Premium All-Inclusive plan, which includes all labor, parts, software upgrades, system performance analysis, alarm and trend reporting customization and on-going training. We can customize the scheduled visits per year and emergency response times to suit each client's individual needs.

RCMS Controls takes great pride in continuing education for our clients.
